William N. Burch is a product of the Chicago Public School System. He graduated from Alexander Von Humboldt Elementary School and Roald Amundsen High School. Years later, William received a Bachelor of Science degree, with a concentration in Business Management from Robert Morris College. He is currently in the process of completing his Master Degree Studies at the University of Illinois in Educational Policy Studies.
Most recently William is the co-author of Illinois House Bill 4683 The African American Employment Plan and the Co-Orchestrator of the 2010 Title VI Civil Rights Complaint Training facilitated by the United Stated Department of Justice. William has worked for several corporate organizations such as Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago, Bank One, ABN Amro LaSalle Bank, General Electric, Xerox as well as others.
William is the Senior Principle Partner of Greene Acres Consulting Group LLC. Inspired by his belief that a well-informed community is a thriving community,William founded Team 15 United a community organizing mechanism designed to “Strengthen the capacity of the 15th ward; to make a positive impact on the community as a whole.” He believes the community’s primary goal and responsibility is to help young men and women become active members of the economic mainstream, while maintaining a secondary goal of assisting in the growth of the business community.
